Oded Rahav

Founder & CEO of the Dead Sea Guardians organization

Entrepreneur, environmental activist, long-distance swimmer.
Founded, managed, and led businesses in various realms.

Oded fell in love with the Dead Sea after swimming across it in 2016 with a group of swimmers from around the world, for the first time in history. A world record.

Oded has since decided to dedicate his life to saving this Sea. The swim was documented in a film that helped boost the Dead Sea Guardians organization globally.

Miki Rosenthal

Founding partner, Head of communication

An Israeli. A family man, father, a journalist.
Former Member of Knesset. Before entry into politics served as reporter and editor in leading media outlets. 

Served as Deputy Chief Editor of Yediot Achronot – Israel’s largest newspaper and as Senior Vice President of Channel 12 News. 

A Zionist. Detests injustice and racism. Loves Israeliness, struggles to preserve its attributes. Loves the country’s landscapes – fights to preserve it.

Ayelet Zefadia

Administration and event management.
Volunteering in the organization since its inception, Ayelet manages all administration and member network.

Ayelet strives to save the Sea knowing that this action will affect the entire region in countless aspects – economy, tourism, health and international cooperation.

Uri Ginott

Co-founder& Head of Strategy and Government Relations

Served as Eco Peace Middle East Israeli Government and Media Relations Manager and previously with gold aspect Strategy where he advised leading corporate and political clients.

Uri was previously also co-founder and executive director of Israel 2020 an NGO that was focused on advancing public policy on behalf of Israel’s young generation.

Nathan Japhet

Business development and fundraising. In addition, Nathan manages our social media and communication in English.

Nathan works as a Business Development manager in IQVIA Israel and was previously a business development analyst at Agrematch.

With his love and desire to preserve Israeli nature and specifically the Dead Sea, Nathan works relentlessly to save it for future generations and his newborn son.
